I saw a item yesterday, it is no longer on the site, how can I purchase it?

We recommend If you see something you want, please do not hesitate to purchase immediately. Our “Just One” inventory is one of one. Once the item is purchased it will not be duplicated. We recommend customers complete purchases as soon as possible. Merchandise will remain available to other customers until a purchase is completed.

What is “Just One” ?

“Just One” inventory is a one of one design. There is only one created and will not be duplicated.

How often is new merchandise added to the website?

We recommend that customers frequently check our website for updates, as we often randomly launch new merchandise .

What shipping options are available?

Domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders will ship within 5 days business days from purchase. Available shipping options are International Shipping, Retail Ground, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.

Domestic shipping rates are a flat rate of $9.99. In some instances, rates calculated by USPS during checkout may be less expensive therefore made available for customers to choose the lower rate. Domestic orders over $499 will receive free shipping.

International shipping is a flat rate of $22.50 + $2.50 per item. International orders may arrive via any carrier. (Priority Mail Express option is currently unavailable due to USPS shipping policies as a result of COVID-19. )

Can I change the shipping address after my order is placed?

Unfortunately, unless the address change is to the billing address we can not change the shipping address once the order is placed, Please ensure all shipping information is correct prior to placing your order.

Why are fedoras shipped individually?

Fedoras are normally shipped individually as to keep the integrity and quality of the product. If you order multiple fedoras, in most cases, they will arrive in separate boxes but will be shipped out the same day. All other merchandise, including straw hats, may be packaged in the least amount of boxes that will maintain the quality of the product and decrease shipping charges to the customer.

How can I purchase a e-gift card?

E-Gift cards can be purchased and are available in amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100, $250 and $500 from the E-Gift card page. E-Gift cards do not expire.

What forms of payments are accepted?

At this time we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, After Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and PayPal Credit.
Pay now or pay over time with PayPal Credit offered on purchases $99+. No interest if paid in full within 6 months of purchase. Subject to credit approval

Can I use multiple discount codes for one purchase?

Only one discount code may be used per order. During select promotions free or discounted shipping may be allowed to be combined with other discount codes.

What is the return policy?

Customers may return unworn merchandise in original packaging with tags within 7 days of receiving their purchase for a store credit only. Please fill out the merchandise return form located on the return policy page prior to returning a purchase. A restocking fee of 3% of the purchase price will be deducted from the store credit. Please allow 2-3 business days to process a store credit. Store credit will NEVER expire. Please Note: Reid The Label does not cover shipping cost for items returned.

Can I return sale and clearance merchandise?

Unfortunately all sale and clearance merchandise are final sale. Original priced merchandise purchased with a discount code is not considered a sale item and may be returned unworn in original packaging with tags within 7 days of receiving your purchase for store credit.

Can I request to choose my own design colors on merchandise?

Yes! We have decided to allow customers to customize design colors. We will accept customization orders on a limited basis. A deposit & customization fee is required. Customization is inclusive of three colors of the customers choice (additional colors may be added for an additional fee). Submit customization inquiry form here
